window balance

Could you please recommend a replacement window balance? The window manufacturer was Alenco. I have attached 5 pictures including 1 picture of markings that are stamped into the window balance. Thank you.

I think you're showing me an S395-28 (with 2740 option), which has wings on the top attachment and no wings on the bottom. Check the dimensions of our balance against yours. Does it all check out? You can also weigh the window sash to verify the option. It should weigh between 19 and 26 pounds.
