Thanks for reaching out. Your sash carrier looks a lot like our 15-102. Take a look at the measurements and compare it to your original to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

The compatible coil springs are our Series 145 Balance Springs. To confirm the correct springs, you'll need to take a look at the metal coils to see if there are any stamps/markings. If not, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window and divide by 4, the number of coils in the window.
