window balance bar

Need to find a replacement for missing window balance bar for one side of window. The bar on other side is 34 inches long and is exactly 1/2 inch wide. Cannot see ends of bar. Inscription on bar is 34C RG. The windows were installed in home when built in 2006. Can take photos if needed, but can we identify what is needed from my description above?

Photos will be best. If you haven't done so already, remove the balance from the window and upload photos of the entire balance for us to see. Please also provide the metal length measurement of the balance for us to review. I am confident we will have a replacement balance for you.
