window balance channel

Hi,
I am trying order this part and I need help with this. this is 33 inches in length. I also need help with the option how do I know which one I need?

Hello!

It looks like you have either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance depending on the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. There should be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will tell you what option you'll need. If there isn't, you would have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper option.

Note that when determining length, you only want to measure the metal channel.
