window balance coils

I think we can replace these balances, but I'll need you to remove the pivot shoe from the window and show me a picture of it by itself. The pivot shoe acts as a sort of "key" that allows us to identify everything else, but I cannot see it while it's still installed in your window. I'll need it out of the window so I can get a good look at it without obstruction. Thank you!
