window balance hardware Coil #65 35"

Question

This window does not stay up. It keep sliding down. The hardware use double coils, each coil is marked #65 35". Do you know if you have replacements for the hardware? Thank you!!

The housing support in your photo looks like our 15-252 and the two coil springs could be our S160-6 if the stamp says 6.5. Please review the specifications on our product pages to confirm. Thank you!
