This is for a Semco double hung tilt window manufactured around 1997. Stamp on it is "p 26TG".

We can supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, can you tell me how many you need? Can you also confirm that the length of the balance is 27"?

We would use our S751-27 balance but swap the bottom shoe out for the 15-197 instead.
