window balance number stamp

I have a window balance that has a "28HB" stamp on it. Can't find anywhere a HB code. any help on getting the correct one would be appreciated.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window to identify a potential replacement. The stamp only indicates the spring strength the balance needs to hold the window sash, so we need to identify the balance before we deal with the spring strength. Thank you!
