window balance part 2640P

Question

need 2 window balance replacements 27" long. I'm not sure if all five pictures uploaded.

part number stamped on window balance is 2640P and looked just like the one in the video.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
