window balance parts

A landlord from western heights apartments olney texas says:
February 1, 2023
the silver balance is 23 inches and has the numbers 2220 on it

and we also need the small silver piece in front of the balance

and also the white plastic piece...

if we can get the window balance as a whole that would be great and we would like 16 of them

Thanks for reaching out to us! We'd be happy to help but I'm afraid I can't identify what Series of balance you have from this photo. I would need to see photos of the top and bottom fittings as shown in the video below. 

As for the top sash guide, can you show us some more photos of it? I specifically need to see "mugshot" angles, from the front and side.
