Measure the bottom plastic shoe as shown below. If it's 1" in depth, choose S351-18. If it's 1-1/8", choose S390-18. Either way, you seem to need a 1730 option. Weigh your window sash to verify that; the sash should weigh 12 to 14 pounds.
