window balance replacement

I am looking for a replacement for 2 window balances. They are made by BSI, they are 28

We believe you can use S390-28 side-load balances, with a bottom shoe depth of 1-1/8". Please compare that measurement. If so, the spring weight would probably be (2740). You can weigh your window sash to be sure.
