window balance replacement

I couldn't find this model number to replace the balance.
the number engraved is C23 6#31 10-85
Also do you sell the sash replacements?

Based on the 6#31 stamp shown in your photo, you'll need the 24-637 Andersen sash balance for your repair. Thanks for posting!
