window balance replacement

I have attached the photos for the window balance that I need to replace. These are for heavy hurricance rated windows. the metal part measures 30". I have not removed the wondow and am unsure if there is any other parts necessary...clips etc. please let me know if you have the correct replacement parts. Thank you

Hello, thank you for posting,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either a S378, S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The main difference is the depth of the bottom shoe.
To further review, are you able to provide the numbers/letters stamped on the balance, I cannot quote make out the lettering/number after the 29. From there we can confirm the correct stamp option for the window.

thank you... it appears the measurement is the 1 3/32" option.
The writing at the bottom of the balance is sideways IMP 29 ds 3 8 cp
the 3 being very small and the 8 being large followed by some sort of logo and then a cp

I believe the 38 is indicating the weight of the window sash, but to confirm, are you able to remove the sash and weigh it on a bathroom scale? Thank you!
