window balance replacement

Question

I want to verify the correct parts to order. The window is Kimro, the channel is 27" long, there is a number 26 4 on the channel. Also, some of the metal clips are broken. Thank you very much for any help you can provide.

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our S385-27 with a 2640 option. I think this might be what you need.
