window balance replacement for CALDWELL 32 6

A home owner from Saratoga says:
October 9, 2017
Metal part is 33" long and the channel is 5/8" deep and 1/2" wide on non open side of the U. Marked with 32 6 LO CALDWELL. Window sash weighs 36 lb. Is it a S385-33 with the option 3265 the correct one? Just want to make sure.
