window balance replacement for CALDWELL 32 6

Question

Metal part is 33" long and the channel is 5/8" deep and 1/2" wide on non open side of the U. Marked with 32 6 LO CALDWELL. Window sash weighs 36 lb. Is it a S385-33 with the option 3265 the correct one? Just want to make sure.

Thanks for the detailed information. You are definitely on the right track. Our S385-33 channel with a 3265 option would make a good replacement for you.
