window balance replacement parts

I have window balances marked 11600-3 and 11600-17. I have two windows that need to have the balances replaced for a total of 4 balances. Can you find corresponding balances to replace? Do they come with the cords? Thank you. Ron

Hi Ron: Thanks for writing to us. Unfortunately we cannot determine which balance you need with these numbers. Can you please send us some photos of your balance, including both ends? We also need the length of just the metal part of the balance, not including any tips. And finally send us a photo of any stamps or engraving on the balance.

Hi donna,
Unfortunately I don't have a camera or a phone that takes pictures. I am retired. I do, however, have the balance sitting on the window sill awaiting a replacement. Can I just send you the balance? I will pay for postage. You just have to give me an address. Thank you, Ron
