window balance shoe

i recently ordered replacement spiral window balances for double hung windows.when i tried to replace the old spiral balances, i saw that the shoes were missing or broken.

marking found on the part: PAT.3.055.062 (all markings are clear, with the exception of the last character, which i think might be a "2")
