window balance shoe

Question

I need the window balance shoes in the picture.  I do not believe they are suppose to be separate pieces.  I believe they may have split at the bottom of the plastic.

You're right, your pivot shoe has split in half. I recommend the 15-192. I believe this will work well as a replacement.
