Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoe looks like it could be either our 15-178 or our 15-188. To determine which of these is the best possible replacement carefully review the dimensions for each of them and compare them to your existing shoe. You'll especially want to compare the dimension for the thickness of the shoe.
