window balance shoe clip

Question

I believe my tilt in window balance needs a new shoe clip. We purchased from Windowmart. I don't know the manufacturer. Attached is one picture of an attached shoe and the other where the balance is no longer attached to the shoe. Do you sell this type of part?

Thanks for reaching out to us! It can be hard to say with your pivot shoe installed but the 15-178 and 15-188 come to mind. The best match will ultimately come down to the dimensions so you will have to remove your old part and compare them to see which one you'll need for this repair.
