window balance stamped 26S BSI

Hello,

I am hoping you can help me. I have a set of window balances that need to be replaced at a customer residence. They are stamped 26S (BSI), and I cannot find them listed as reference on your page. The sash weighed in at 30lbs . I am hoping you can help. Oh, and the metal chanel measures in at 27"....
