Please let me know if you are able to provide replacements for the balance system pictured. I will need four of them for all of our vertical opening windows.

Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You'll also need 2330 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

The measurement you requested is 1 3/32". It looks like the correct balance is 15-004.

The website is asking for an option number. How do I know which one I need?

Your 23 3 stamp indicates that you will need a 2330 option to support a sash between 15-18 lbs.
