I have 13 windows that need the balances replaced. They look like your S380 balances but the bottom shoe measures 7/8" in depth, not 1" as you show. Can you please confirm. These are Norandex windows. Home built in 2000.

Hello, Paul. We can supply you with a Series 380 balance, but with the 15-029 swapped out for the bottom fitting. This is 7/8" deep, same as your original.
The catch is that it has to be a custom order. If this interests you, please tell me how many you wanted to purchase. I will also require the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce, and verification of the metal channel length. We can then get the ball rolling with that data. Thanks!
