window balance with marking: 22C USB

Question

22 inch window balance. C channel measures 9/16 inch across open side of channel.   Noticed at least two candidates on your website for replacement part.  Sending photos of both plastic end guides for positive identification.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like it could be a match for the S380-22, S385-22, or S378-22. You'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below. You may need to select the 2130 stamp option but we recommend you weigh the window sash to confirm whether it falls within the 12 to 15-pound range.

Note that the length of the balance is determined by measuring only the metal channel.
