window balance and guide

Hello,

The channel for the plastic piece measures 5/8".

The balance measures 12-1/2" long (the metal section end to end)

I need 4 balances and 4 plastic guides.

Please give me the correct part #'s.

Hi Hal. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its unique design. I need just a little more information to be able to help. Can you show us a picture of the clip at the end of the cord that comes out of the balance's bottom nylon fitting? From there, we should be able to identify what you need.

Thanks for writing in. Thanks for showing us the clip. The only other thing I'm certain of is your top nylon fitting; does it have wings like the bottom shoe does? Let me know, or show me a picture of the top nylon fitting without the ruler obscuring anything, and then I'll send you an email with a custom link for the appropriate balances. Many thanks.

Yes, it has wings top and bottom.
The Stamping on the balance is 12, isn't that the size I need?
Without having to special make them?
