window balance and matching shoes

I need to replace or repair (cord and a hook) a window balance and replace the shoe.
The marking is 1940.
I cannot find it on internet sites.
Please help to find the balance and a matching shoe.

Thanks for posting. I have received your images, however I'm still not sure what you have. There should be a clip or shoe at the end of the cord. Can you show us that?

Cord and a clip on left side balance is gone. Where did it go and when I am not sure.
I attached images of the broken shoe and a shoe and a clip from the right side balance.

Thank you for your patience, Alex. We should be able to make this for you. It will have to be a custom made balance, though. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?
