Hi Steve, This Oscar we spoke yesterday in regards to the type of balancer guides I need, and window stop, hopefully this pictures help. 33''x1/2''x1/2''

The top sash guide looks like our 18-039. Please compare dimensions to see if that's what you need. As for window stops, look at our 59-001 vinyl stop. Let me know if you think these are good recommendations.
