Can't find the correct stamp no. My is 20in block and tackle non tilt with a stamp no. 36 48 What do I need Thanks

That's a very odd stamp for a 20" channel balance. Could you remove your balance from your window with the end attachments intact and show us? We would like to see a picture of the stamp as well. The video below will go over exactly what we'll need to see.
