Thank you for getting back to us! These photos are a huge help. We don't sell an exact match for this configuration but our Series 770 appears to function the same way. Take a look and see what you think. 

Note that you will need to measure the metal channel to determine the length and weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper spring strength option.
