window balancer

Question

I have windows that won`t stay up, so I am looking for your help. The old balancers are the spiral type. The dimensions are a  21" long  tube measuring in 5/8" diameter and the tip inside the tube is red. I just looked at one on your website, this is for a fold in window  Thanks  TOM

We have a three step process that will help you narrow down the possible choice of a replacement spiral balance.
