window balancer

Question

I am having trouble identifying which series to select. Bottom shoe measures 1-1/8".

Metal length is 24"

marked with 23 3 LQ CALDWELL

The top piece - spring attaches to the top end - Which model balancer should I select to match to this?

Thanks for writing in. If the bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8", then this looks a lot like our S390-24 to me. You will need a stamp option of 2330.
