window balancer

Question

I am in need of 2 balancers for a insulated nuair single hung window 51" x 31" . Markings on balancer are (29 9 ET CMC 2) metal on balancer is 30" in lenght.

I am confident we can help, but that stamp code only tells us the strength of the spring. To know the balance's identity, please show us pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the metal channel. We'll do our best to help from there. Thanks.
