Hi,
I recently bought the wrong length window balancer for a double hung window that tilts. I'd like to reorder, but want to make sure Im ordering right. I tried to measure the diameter but the old balancers are warped. Im assuming it's 5/8". And the length is 23".

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like a typical tilt window spiral balance. As long as the diameter of the outer tube is 5/8" then our S600-23 should be an adequate replacement option for you.
