window balancer

Hello I need help with balance.  both of them have numbers but its same window.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of an intact balance removed from the window, including the top pulley clip and bottom clip used to attach the balance to the pivot shoe. Also, please write out the exact length of the metal channel. Thank you!
