My guess is a 3/8 series 301 15-011 (based on shoe shape) No names, numbers, or markings found. single hung non-tilt. Length is 22 1/2 inches? see photos Thanks for your help Gary

Looking at your photos, the balance cap resembles our 19-014, while the shoe looks more like our 15-020. Because of this special shoe, it will need to be custom made. I'm also not sure if you measured just the tube length or the overall spiral length. If the 3/8" tube balance's length is 22-1/2" long, then go with 23".

If you wish to go forward with the custom order, let me know the weight of your sash and how many of these you need.

Considering ordering two (shoe)15-020 & 2 cap 19-014 with a 23" length (before ordering several more). Would these be assembled (shoe mounded)? If so what is the cost. THANKS Gary

If you just order the shoe and cap by themselves, they won't come assembled. It will need to be a custom order. Before I send you a price quote, I need to know the weight of the sash these balances support. I would also like you to confirm you just need 2 of these balances.

Sash weight is 7 lbs. I want two 23in balancer, shoe and cap (asslembed). Just want 2 to see if works ( then I will order 16 more)
