window balancer is broken. I need to replace it.

I'm confident that we can get you the right balance for the job, but the hardware in your photos is too damaged for me to ID. Would you have an undamaged version that I can look over? I specifically need to see the top end, to determine how it installs at the top, and the bottom end, specifically of the pivot shoe or whatever clip it uses to connect to the pivot shoe.

From there, I will make my best recommendation.
