Therefore, we can only provide educated guesses on what we believe you need for your Kinco window. Have a look at our 15-045 pivot shoe and 26-041. You will need to remove both pieces from the window in order to compare your measurements with ours to confirm if these are correct. Your spiral should have a 3/8" tube diameter. Again, you will need to measure it to confirm. If it is, then you can go with our Series 900 spiral balance. You want to measure the length of the tube to determine the length needed. You may also want to consider going with our 75-006 charging tool to help with the repair and installation of the new pieces. I am also going to place some helpful videos below on how to remove and replace these pieces in your window.
