I need the window balancer which has markings "25 5 BW CMC 7".

I needa replacement ASAP.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Thanks for the response - Where is the sash weight recorded?
Where should I look for?

It's not recorded anywhere, most likely. You will have to weigh the sash on a scale. That said, a stamp of 25 5 typically corresponds to our 2550 option, but you should probably weigh the sash just in case.

I have the exact same lettering on my balance.

What do i order?

The lettering determines only a small portion of the part's product code. We would need you to submit photos of your balance here in order to get help with your balance.
