window balancer and cam wrong size ordered

The attached shows both the new one 26 inch balancer assembly, and existing. The issue I am having is that the bottom cam part is too wide as you can see in the picture The tape measure picture shows the different. Only marking on the old one is 26B. Please let me know if you have info on the parts I need to complete this job in my home. Thanks RJ
