The stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a part number, I'm afraid. We're happy to help but we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the spring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.
