Tom from SWISCO responded:
I see you were looking at our Series 390 channel balance. Is this what you have? If so, the 3070 stamp, 2780 stamp, and 3970 stamp will have to be custom made. The 2760 stamp is a standard option for the S390-28.

Can you confirm how many of each of the first three you need? Can you also tell me the sash weight for the window with 2780 balances? That's a bit of an unusual stamp and I just want to confirm what will work.
A quick learner from Bogen Loft St. Louis says:
Thanks for the response.
Here is what we are looking for.

3070 we would need 6
2780 we would need 24
3970 we would need 12
2760 we would need 6

Thanks
Steve

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks! Were you also able to get the sash weight for the 2780 balance?
A quick learner from Bogen Loft says:
Yes the weight of the window is 50 lb

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hmmm... I thought that might be an issue. I've been doing some digging and found that the 2780 stamp only holds 42 through 45 pounds. Did you find it worked before, or was it ever too weak? Also, was this for the lower sash, or the upper sash?

In the meantime, we can get the ball rolling on the other two. I'll email you a custom order link for the 3070 and 3970. The 2760 is standard and can be added to your cart directly from our site.
A quick learner from Bogen Loft says:
yes the 2780 are working for the lower sash

Thanks
