I think I have found the right part on your site but not sure if it is the correct one. Maybe you can help me make the correct purchace.

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our Series 710 channel balance. Does this look about right? It seems like you're using an older version of the shoe, but I think that the 15-003 that comes with the Series 710 will work just fine. Let me know what you think.

As for the top sash guide, please take a look at our 18-041.
