You have come to the right place. However, I do want to inform you the numbers you provided to us only indicates the spring strength of the balance and will not be able to identify what balance you need solely on that.
We need some photos of the balance, paying close attention to the top and bottom nylon plastic pieces. There is also the need of knowing the length of the metal portion of the balance. From there, we can begin to narrow down the replacement balances for you.

I called and I was told by one of your reps to measure from the sill top the top of the window pane and you could give me balance sizes for all the windows. Is there anyone I can actually speak to for ordering? I am trying to purchase 42 pairs of balances. I have included pictures of the plastic end caps. Please let me know.
Thanks,
John

Your bottom balance fitting looks like our 15-001 (1-1/8" depth) bottom balance shoe. Is that the proper part? If so, you would order S390-26 with a spring weight of 2540, S390-28 with a spring weight of 2740, and S390-40 with a spring weight of 3940. Please compare all those parts to be sure that they match what you need.
