the metal is 30" long and they are 1/2" wide. the number stamped on them is 2930. the pieces that are attached to the side of the window frame seem like they are too narrow to catch the window. I have included a picture of one of them. The stops are 3" long.
i am trying to identify the correct parts for these windows, so the homeowner can order new ones and I will do the installation for them.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help you identify replacements for your hardware, but we'll need a little more information to get started. We'll need a better view of the balance bottom nylon shoe and it's depth, a picture of an unbroken top sash guide and a picture of the top portion of the window track where the window stop is.
