window balances

A contractor from princeton nj says:
I have a old silverline window that hinges in with hinges on the left
Attached are photos of the good balance
i need to match this balance and get one for the other side
Number on the balance is 2530 26" long
Plus which goes on right and left??

Hello,

It looks like you have the old Silverline Swinger window. The 26" balance with the spring weight 2530 will have a 19-008 top and 15-025 bottom balance fitting attached. The opposite side 26" balance will have only the top fitting, 19-008 and the spring weight 2540. The 2540 balance with just the top goes on the hinge side track and the 2530 with both fittings go on the opposite side track.
