window balances

Question

We are in need of 4 window balances.

Two 23 inch part number 22 5 AW CMC 2 we also need 2 of the 31 inches, but the number and words on the channel are hard to see, It looks like 25 KW CMC 11.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-23 or S385-23, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for your other balance, I don't think that stamp is accurate. If you cannot read it then you will need to weigh your sash on a scale to verify the proper weight rating.
