window balances needed 31" and 29"

A contractor from St. Augustine says:

I need balances like the ones in the pictures I have provided. I need six 31" and six 29". The balance body is 5/8" wide and 1/2" deep. please let me know that you received this and whether or not you can supply the parts

Thanks for posting in our discussion board! This is certainly a peculiar looking balance, but I think we can narrow down the search with just a bit more information. Can you please let us know if there are any numbers stamped on the both the 31" and 29" channels? That will help us in locating an applicable replacement.

Hi Mike,
If you cannot find any stamped information on the original balances, please remove the window sashes and place on a scale to give us the sash weight for the one that uses the 31" balances and the one that uses the 29" length balances.
