27" long x 5/8". window sash is 34" x 26" unknown weight. I would think less than 20lbs.

Greetings!

At first glance, this reminds me of either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. If it happens to be 7/8" deep, we can still help via custom order.

There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel of the balance. Those numbers will tell you what strength option to select.

I found one tackle that had markings on it. The measurement I have is 7/8" on the bottom, closer to the 15-005. the photo doesn't show it very well.

Thank you kindly for getting back to us! I'm glad you showed me the stamp. This will have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. What I will do now is email you an order link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well.
