window bottom roller assembly

I previuosly ordered wheels, yet even though the wheels themselves were the apparent correct size, the side pins which clipinto the plastic assembly were a 1/4 " in diameter, and I need the small diameter pinned wheels where the diameter is 5/32 perhaps.

The wheel I need is similar to the Sliding Window Tandem Brass Roller Flat Wheel, #87-164 shown on your Website. The difference is that my wheel, as shown in the picture provided has a center pin of 3/16 inches.
